Pernyataan Pemegang Unit Penyertaan (Statement of Unit Holder)

Pemegang Unit Penyertaan (selanjutnya disebut "Investor") menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan berikut:
Unit Holder or the Investor Unit Holder (hereinafter referred to as "Investor") agree to the following term and conditions:

  1. Investor dengan ini menyatakan bahwa ia telah menerima dan membaca prospektus dan materi pemasaran lainnya yang berkaitan dengan Reksa Dana yang dikelola oleh PT Anargya Aset Manajemen ("Manajer Investasi") yang ditawarkan kepada Investor. Referensi Manajer Investasi juga mencakup manajemen, karyawan, dan pihak yang terafiliasi dengan PT Anargya Aset Manajemen.
    The Investor hereby states that he/she has received and read the prospectus and other marketing materials related to the Investment Funds managed by PT Anargya Aset Manajemen (the "investment Manager") which offered to the Investor. References to the Investment Manager also include management, employees, and parties affilliated with the PT Anargya Aset Manajemen.

  2. Investor menyatakan bahwa telah memahami dan menerima syarat dan kewajiban yang ditetapkan dalam Prospektus dan materi pemasaran yang disediakan, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada faktor risiko utama yang dapat mempengaruhi investasi investor dalam Reksa Dana yang ditawarkan.
    The Investor also states that he/she has understood and accepted the terms and the conditions set forth in the Prospectus and marketing materials provided, including but not limited to the major risk factors that can affect the investor's investment in the investmend fund offered.

  3. Setiap keputusan sehubungan dengan pembelian, pencairan atau pengalihan Unit Penyertaan Reksa Dana adalah keputusan yang dibuat oleh Investor tanpa dipengaruhi oleh rekomendasi dan / atau pendapat dari pihak mana pun, termasuk Manajer Investasi.
    Any decision in respect of subscription, redemption or switching of Investment Fund Participation Unit is a decision made by the Investors himself/herself without being influenced by the recommendations and / or opinions of any parties, including the Investment Manager.

  4. Setiap informasi atau penjelasan yang dapat diperoleh dari Manajer Investasi tidak boleh dianggap sebagai saran investasi atau rekomendasi atau jaminan pengembalian investasi dalam Reksa Dana yang ditawarkan.
    Any information or explanation that may be obtained from the investment Manager shall no be deemed as an investment advice or a recommendation or a guarantee of return on investment in the Investment Fund being offered.

  5. Investor menyatakan bahwa semua informasi yang diberikan dalam Formulir Transaksi ini adalah benar.
    The Investors declares that all information provided in this Transaction Form is true.

  6. Syarat dan ketentuan lain yang terkait dengan pembelian, pencairan, dan pengalihan Unit Penyertaan dalam Reksa Dana sebagaimana diatur dalam Prospektus setiap Reksa Dana tetap berlaku dan mengikat kepada Investor.
    Other term and conditions related to the subscription, redemption, and switching of Participant Unit in the Investment Fund as set forth in the Prospectus of each Investment Fund remain valid and binding to the Investor.

  7. Istilah dalam huruf kapital dalam Formulir Transaksi ini akan memiliki arti yang sama seperti yang terkandung dalam Prospektus.
    Capitalised term in this form shall have the same meaning as contained in the Prospectus.

Syarat dan Ketentuan Transaksi:
Term and conditions of the transaction:

  1. Waktu cut-off untuk penerimaan permintaan transaksi yang dapat diproses sesuai dengan harga Unit Penyertaan dalam Dana Investasi pada hari yang sama pada pukul 13:00 WIB. Permintaan transaksi yang diterima setelah batas waktu akan menggunakan harga Unit Penyertaan dalam Reksa Dana yang berlaku pada Hari Bursa berikutnya. Harga Unit Penyertaan dalam Nilai Aktiva Bersih (NAV) per Unit Penyertaan yang dihitung setiap Hari Bursa berdasarkan nilai efek / aset yang terkandung dalam portofolio Reksa Dana sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku.
    Cut-off time for the receipt of the transaction request that can be processed according to the price of the Participation Unit in the Investment Fund on the same day as 01:00 PM. A transaction request which is received after the cut-off time will be processed using the price of the Participations Unit in the Investment Fund applicable for the next Bourse Day. The price of the Participation Unit in the Net Asset Value (NAV) per Participation Unit which is calculated every Bourse Day based on the value of securities / assets contained in the portfolio of the Investment Fund in accordance with the provisions of the prevalling regulation.

  2. Transaksi pembelian, pencairan, atau pengalihan Unit Penyertaan berlaku efektif sejak transaksi disetujui oleh Manajer Investasi.
    The transaction in respect of subscription, redemption or switching of Participants Unit is effective from the time when the transaction is approved by the Investment Manager.

  3. Sehubungan dengan pencairan Unit Penyertaan dalam Reksa Dana, transaksi akan diproses setelah permintaan transaksi dan dokumen pendukung lengkap telah diajukan dan pembayaran untuk transaksi telah diterima dalam rekening Reksa Dana.
    In respect of redemption of Participants Units in the Investment Fund, the transaction will be processed after the transaction request and complete supporting documents have been submitted and the payment for the transaction has been received in the account of the Investment Fund.

  4. Sehubungan dengan pencairan Unit Penyertaan, transaksi akan diproses setelah Formulir Transaksi dan dokumen pendukung lainnya telah diserahkan oleh Investor. Khusus untuk Reksa Dana Terproteksi, pencairan hanya dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan dalam Prospektus. Dalam hal Manajer Investasi menerima atau menunda permintaan pencairan Unit Penyertaan yang melebihi batas maksimum pencairan Unit Penyertaan lebih dari 1 (satu) hari bursa sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Prospektus, Manajer Investasi berhak untuk menginstruksikan Bank Kustodian untuk memproses dan mencatat permintaan pencairan tersebut pada Hari Bursa berikutnya yang ditentukan berdasarkan "First Come First Served", sesuai dengan catatan Manajer Investasi.
    In respect of redemption of Participants Units of the Investment Fund, the transaction will be processed after the Transaction Form and complete supporting and complete supporting documents have been submitted by the Investor. For Protected Investment Fund in particular, the redemption can only be made in accordance with the schedule specified in the Prospectus of the Investment Fund. In the event that the Investment Manager receives or holds the request for any redemption of Participation Units in 1 (one) Bourse day more than the maximum limit of redemption of Participation Units as stated in the Prospectus, the Investment Manager is entitled to instruct the Custodian Bank to process and record the excess application for the redemption of Participation Units on the next Bourse Day which is determined on "First Come First Served" basis, as per the Invesment Manager's record.

  5. Sehubungan dengan pengalihan antar Reksa Dana, transaksi akan diproses setelah Formulir Transaksi dan dokumen pendukung lainnya telah diserahkan oleh Investor. Pengalihan investasi hanya dapat dilakukan dari dan ke Reksa Dana yang dikelola oleh Manajer Investasi dan untuk investor yang sama. Dalam hal Manajer Investasi menerima atau menunda permintaan pengalihan Unit Penyertaan yang melebihi batas maksimum pengalihan Unit Penyertaan lebih dari 1 (satu) hari bursa sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Prospektus, Manajer Investasi berhak untuk menginstruksikan Bank Kustodian untuk memproses dan mencatat permintaan pengalihan tersebut pada Hari Bursa berikutnya yang ditentukan berdasarkan "First Come First Served", sesuai catatan Manajer Investasi.
    In respect of switching between Investment Funds, the transaction will be processed after the Transaction Form and complete supporting documents have been submitted by the Investor. Switching of investment can only be made from and to the Investment Funds managed by the Investment Manager and for the same investor. In the event that the Investment Manager receives or holds the request for switching of Investment within 1 (one) Bourse day more than the maximum limit for switching of Investment as stated in the Prospectus, the Investment Manager is entitled to instruct the Custodian Bank to process and record the excess application for the switching of the Investment in the next Bourse Day which is determined on a "First Come First Served" basis, as per the Invesment Manager's record.

  6. Investor akan menerima notifikasi informasi transaksi setiap melakukan transaksi Reksa Dana.
    Investor will receive an information notification on each investment Fund transaction.

  7. Investor memahami bahwa Manajer Investasi dapat menolak Formulir Transaksi untuk pembelian, pencairan, dan pengalihan Unit Penyertaan yang diajukan oleh Investor jika tidak sesuai dengan Undang-Undang yang berlaku dan Prospektus.
    The Investor understands that the Investment Manager may reject the application for the subscription, redemption and switching of the Participation Units submitted by the Investor if it is not in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Prospectus.

  8. Setiap transaksi pembelian, pencairan, dan pengalihan Unit dalam Reksa Dana akan dikenakan biaya sesuai dengan ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Prospektus.
    Any transaction of subscription, redemption and switching of Units in the Investment Fund will be subject to a fee in accordance with provisions as referred to in the Prospectus.

  9. Tanpa mengurangi ketentuan pada Prospektus berkenaan dengan proses pembelian, pencairan dan pengalihan Unit Penyertaan, dalam hal Investor memberikan instruksi melalui faksimili atau surat elektronik, Investor setuju untuk memastikan keaslian dan kebenaran dan Manajer Investasi dapat bertindak berdasarkan instruksi yang diterima. Investor memberikan idemnifikasi Manajer Investasi dari dan terhadap semua kerugian, klaim, kerusakan, dan kewajiban (termasuk biaya hukum) yang mungkin timbul sebagai akibat dari tindakan apa pun berdasarkan instruksi yang diterima dari Investor dengan itikad baik.
    Without prejudice to the provisions of the Prospectus in respect of the processing of subscription, redemption and switching of Units in the Investment Fund, in the event that the Investor gives instructions by facsimile or electronic mail, the Investor agrees to ensure the authenticity and validity and that the Investment Manager may act upon the instructions received. The Investor further idemnifies the Investment Manager from and against all lossess, claims, damages and liability (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise as a result of any action based on instructions received from the Investor in good faith.
